Tom’s passion for property was ignited through his decade of experience in the construction industry, where he worked for some of the largest developers in the UK and his experience as a residential landlord. This coupled with his long-held ambition to run his own company, has led him to create Apex C&R Developments.

When asked what sets Apex C&R Developments apart from other development companies,

Tom said, "having worked from the bottom up, I’ve seen all aspects of the building process first hand. This has given me a deeper understanding of the requirements of a successful building project"

Syndicate Property Development formed originally from DDS (UK) Consulting Ltd founded by Dan Stiles back in 2015. Having worked in the construction industry for over 20 years as a Quantity Surveyor, Project Surveyor and a Cost Manager at national and international levels, Dan wanted to offer his clients a more personal service. As clients increased so did business and therefore Syndicate Property Development was created to offer total turnkey solutions.

Colin Smith has been established for over 20 years and over that time has been involved with hundreds of planning issues and resolved a great many of them positively for his clients.

With wide experience in all areas of buildings and planning regulation, he said " I help people make the most out of their property or any land they may own. ​ I have extensive knowledge of planning regulations and controls, hands-on construction know-how, can project manage, and possess an acute understanding of planning law and policies."
